Riassunto
The objective of the Seed Money Fund is to provide small grants for the preparation of proposals for individual project applications to be financed from the EEA Financial Mechanism and Norwegian Financial Mechanism. The intermediary for the Seed Money Fund will be the Centre for Foreign Assistance of the Ministry of Finance (National Focal Point). The Fund will be used to support sub-projects whose purpose is to prepare technical, financial and legal project documentation, prepare project ideas that are particularly innovative or complex, and support the development of projects that involve the future applicant as well as potential or existing partners. Preference will be given to applications particularly suited to meeting the cross-cutting objectives of sustainable development, gender equality and good governance.
